12"x18" Aluminum Sign Blanks

Our 12"x18" Aluminum Blanks are manufactured to federal and state specifications, when applicable. All Blanks are available in a variety of grades including Engineering (EGP), High Intensity (HIP) and Diamond Grade Reflective Sheeting (DG3). Blanks are constructed of heavy-duty 0.063 or 0.080 gauge, Alodine treated, aluminum for maximum exterior life.

	3M™ Engineer Grade Reflective Sheeting Series 3200 Engineer Grade Reflective Sheeting Series 3200 meets ASTM D4956 Type I and is an enclosed lens, pressure sensitive adhesive-coated sheeting with an easy release liner, intended for production of non-critical traffic signs and pressure sensitive stickers.
	3M™ Engineer Grade Prismatic Reflective Sheeting Series 3430 Engineer Grade Prismatic Reflective Sheeting Series 3430 is a non-metalized micro prismatic lens retroreflective sheeting designed for the production of reflective commercial signs and noncritical traffic control signs that are exposed vertically in service. Series 3430 sheeting can easily be identified by the visible integral “EGP” marking. When applied to properly prepared sign substrates, Series 3430 sheeting provides long-term reflectivity and durability.
	3M™ High-Intensity™ Prismatic Reflective Sheeting Series 3930 High-Intensity Prismatic Reflective Sheeting Series 3930 (“Sheeting”) is a non-metalized micro prismatic lens reflective sheeting designed for use in the production of durable reflective traffic control signs, work zone devices, and delineators that are exposed vertically in service (“Signs”). Applied to properly prepared Sign substrates, 3M Series 3930 prismatic Sheeting provides long-term reflectivity and durability.
	3M™ Diamond Grade™ DG3 Reflective Sheeting Series 4000 Diamond Grade DG3 Reflective Sheeting Series 4000 (“Sheeting”) features the most efficient retroreflective prism design currently available from 3M for use on vertical traffic control signs and delineators to return light to drivers under a diverse set of nighttime viewing geometries encountered by the driving public. Sheeting, as manufactured by 3M, meets the stringent retroreflective requirements described in the ASTM D4956 standard for Type XI retroreflective Sheeting.
	3M™ Diamond Grade™ VIP Fluorescent Reflective Sheeting Series 3983 Diamond Grade fluorescent reflective sheetings use prismatic and fluorescent technology to provide excellent visibility at dawn, dusk and during inclement weather. This sheeting combines the impact of fluorescent color for daytime driving with high reflectivity adding increased visibility for nighttime conditions. For over 75 years, 3M products have provided bright solutions for challenges to roadway visibility. We continue that tradition today with clear road signs for drivers in any vehicle, wherever they might be. An increased population of older drivers which means more motorists with slow response times and increased visual needs. Comes in standard and fluorescent colors.This sheeting is designed to provide higher nighttime sign brightness than sheetings that use glass bead lenses and higher daytime brightness than ordinary (non-fluorescent) colored sheetings. It is intended to also provide high sign brightness in the legibility distance where other sheetings do not.
